Instant 48V POE to USB Adaptor - 5V/2A, White
With this product from Ubiquiti Networks you can power USB devices using most 48V POE switches or adapters. This adapter is also compliant with Mode B of the 48V 802.3af POE standard (see Specifications below). Examples of 48V switches/adapters we carry are below. Note: Most, but not all, of these products support Mode B power. Please check individual specs to confirm.
Typical Applications
- Power your USB devices from a 48V POE source. For example:
- If you can remotely control the POE ports on a 48V POE switch, then you can use that feature to remotely power up/down/cycle your remote USB device(s).
- To keep your USB device powered during a power outage, use a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with your POE power source.
