How do I become a Reseller?

Account customers have access to volume-based discounts. Resellers can add value with product selection advice, technical support, configuration and testing, and design services.

So - to see your price, go though the online checkout process and stop before you 'confirm' your order. This will basically give you an on-screen quote including delivery.

Also - live stock levels are shown on the website. Click the item of interest and you will see how many of that item we have in stock.

Can I pay with Credit Card?

Yes. During the checkout process, you will have the option of paying by credit card.

Card payments are not accepted for non-Australian orders.

Can I open an account and pay after 30 days?

Yes. All customers automatically qualify for 30-day accounts (we call it Ship-Then-Pay) with a credit limit based on past order history. If you have no order history with us and still want a 30-day account, please contact us.

Can I get your company details so I can add UBWH Australia as a supplier in our system?

  • Just place an online order. You will get a Tax Invoice that should have all the details you need, or
  • Please use the form below to send us a message and we will respond

Can I get a Quote/Invoice before I pay?

Yes.

  • Place an order online.
  • Complete the order.
  • You will receive an email with a Tax Invoice with all details (Our ABN, Products ordered, shipping costs, GST, etc).
  • You can pass that Tax Invoice onto your accounts payable department for payment.
  • If you don't want to proceed, simply reply to the email we sent confirming your order, and ask us to Cancel the order.

Can I get an Invoice for a past order?

Yes.

  • Login to your account using the My Account tab at the top of the page.
  • Click on View the orders I have made
  • Click View for the order of interest
  • The PDF invoice is available for download at the bottom of the page

What are the payment options?

We accept these payment methods.

  • BPAY©. Use internet banking to pay using BPAY. You can pay from the account of your choice, including Savings, Cheque, and Credit Card accounts.
  • Direct Deposit. Use internet banking to pay using Direct Deposit.
  • Card. Debit or Credit Card.
  • PayPal.

How do I cancel an order?

Just reply to the email you received when you placed your online order, and ask us to cancel the order. We will do so and email a confirmation.

If you have already paid and we have not shipped - email us your bank account details and we will refund the payment.

How do I change an order?

We can not change/edit an order after it has been placed online.

Here is what to do:

  • Place a completely new online order.
  • In the comments of the new order, add "Please cancel order XXXX" (XXXX is the wrong order).
  • If you have already paid and a refund is due, include in the new order comments your bank (EFT) details so we can refund the overpayment.

Do you ship overseas?

Price and Availability?

Prices and Availability (stock levels) are shown on our website.

To check the price and availability of any product, please

  • Locate the product on our website, then
  • Click on that product
You should then see the product's price and the stock level. If we are out of stock, and we have more on order, you will see the estimated arrival date of new stock.

To check the shipping price, add the item(s) to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process until you get a price on the screen.

Do you stock XXX?

If you can't find the product in our WWW site, we do not stock it and have none on order.

Do you have XXX in stock?

You can get the live stock level for any of our products by clicking on the product and seeing the detailed listing. There you will see the actual unsold quantity in the warehouse.

If the product is not in stock:

  • The Stock Quantity will be zero (or negative if customers have the item on back-order)

Can you ship air express?

Yes. Select that shipping option when you follow the online checkout process.

How much is shipping?

Follow the online checkout process. The system will calculate real-time shipping quotes and present you with a number of different options; each with price and typical delivery times.

Why can't I see TNT shipping prices?

TNT is not available to residential addresses.

When will my order ship?

Normally: The same day as your payment clears in our bank.

The typical timeline is as follows:

  • Day 1: You place your order and pay using internet banking.
  • Next business day: The transfer appears in our bank, and we ship the same day.
In rare cases, if your order is particularly large, there may be a delay of 1 extra day.

When will I receive my order?

As you can see above, we usually ship the day after you make the online payment. The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen. We ship from Perth-WA.

Road Shipment is typically 2 business days to SA, and 7 business days to QLD.

Air Shipment is typically next business day to most capital cities, and an extra day or 2 the further you are from a capital city.

Can I track my order?
