This Extended Warranty is recommended for:

• Integrators;
• Value Added Resellers;
• Any business that resells our products.

Features

• Entire Order: All items in the same online order from us are covered by the Extended Warranty.
• Return to Australia: Product returns to an Australian address.
• Hardware: Covers hardware failures for products correctly installed to manufacturer's specifications. Software errors/bugs are covered by this warranty only to the extent that a software failure has caused the hardware to become unresponsive to the point that new firmware can not be loaded into the device.
• Free replacement shipping: We ship the replacement product to purchaser's Australian addresses.

End of Life or Out of Stock Items

If the product can not be repaired and a replacement product is not available because it is out of stock, or no longer available to us from the manufacturer, the purchaser will be offered a choice of:

1. An equivalent product (e.g. a newer model), or
2. A 100% refund of the purchase price
