UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 with HDD

The UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 Plus is an integrated hardware controller and self-contained application server designed to monitor and manage your UniFi network devices and camera surveillance system.

UniFi Controller with Hybrid Cloud

The UCK-G2-Plus features an eight-core processor with 3 GB RAM, a 1 TB SATA HDD for video storage, and 32 GB eMMC flash storage, and utilises the latest version of the UniFi Controller with hybrid cloud technology.

Breakthrough Efficiency

The UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 Plus is fully capable of configuring and managing dozens of UniFi devices on your network, and offers an ultra-low energy PoE replacement for a dedicated server or computer, with virtually no digital footprint.

Hybrid Cloud Technology

The Ubiquiti hybrid cloud configuration provides a secure, private SSO (Single Sign-On) to access all of your UniFi deployments from anywhere in the world. With the Ubiquiti hybrid cloud, a third-party hosted cloud service is not required, so all of your personal data and network information remains local and secure; the way it should be.

Incredible, Agile Scalability

Add, provision, configure, monitor, and manage all of your UniFi devices, whether in one or hundreds of private networks; all from a centralized control panel.

Easily accessible through the free UBNT apps, or a standard web browser (Chrome recommended), the UniFi Cloud Key Gen2 Plus is a powerful solution for managing your UniFi networks across the campus or across the globe.

48V POE to USB power adapter

With this product from Ubiquiti Networks you can power USB devices using most 48V POE switches or adapters. This adapter is also compliant with Mode B of the 48V 802.3af POE standard. Examples of 48V switches/adapters we carry are below. Note: Most, but not all, of these products support Mode B power. Please check individual specs to confirm.

Typical Applications

  • Power your USB devices from a 48V POE source. For example:
  • If you can remotely control the POE ports on a 48V POE switch, then you can use that feature to remotely power up/down/cycle your remote USB device(s).
  • To keep your USB device powered during a power outage, use a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with your POE power source.

The UniFi Course has been upgraded and is now based on Version 5 of the Controller and runs on a CloudKey.

UniFi Training1

UniFi Training2

In a world's first, Online training (developed in Australia) is now available for the Ubiquiti products shown.

You benefit  in a number of ways:

  • Cheaper - than attending a formal 2-day course in a classroom environment.
  • Faster - no need to wait until the next classroom course is scheduled nearby.
  • More convenient - the self-paced courses can be scheduled around other demanding work.
  • More practical - the Ubiquiti classroom courses are great for students needing to delve deep into theory such as Radio Waves, Antenna design, TDMA protocols, Link-Budgets, UniFi-WiFi site surveys, etc. But in many cases, students just want to know how to setup some very common scenarios. These Installer courses are targeted with less theory and more practice.

The way each course works is ... each student:

  • signs up and receives by email a set of detailed course notes. These can be kept as a reference document for use later on-the-job.
  • is allocated real test hardware for 7 days. This is hardware the student gets to configure (over the Internet).
  • passes an online quiz for each module. When all module quizzes have been passed, the student gets emailed a Certificate of Completion.
