11 Port GbE 24V PoE Switch


This unmanaged switch requires no configuration and has 8 x 24V PoE Ports. Featuring full duplex GbE, the WI-PS311G-24V can process data at a rate of up to 2000 Mbps making it an ideal choice for expanding your high performance wired network. Moreover, with innovative energy-efficient technology, the WI-PS311G-24V can save up to 68% of power consumption, making it an eco-friendly solution producing substantially less heat. There are 11 gigabit LAN ports in total with ports 1-8 having 24V PoE out. Uplink LAN ports 9, 10, 11 are gigabit data only with NO PoE out.

PowerBeam-2AC-400

PowerBeam 2AC-400 - High Performance airMAX ac Bridge - Incorporating a dish reflector design with proprietary airMAX ac technology, the PowerBeam AC is ideal for CPE deployments requiring maximum performance. 2AC technology offers improved speeds over the "m" standard, with speeds up to 330Mbps.

Integrated Radio Design

Ubiquiti’s InnerFeed technology integrates the radio into the feedhorn of an antenna, so there is no need for cables to connect the radio to the antenna. This improves performance because it eliminates cable losses.

Superior Processing

Ubiquiti's airMAX engine with custom IC dramatically improves TDMA latency and network scalability. The custom silicon provides hardware acceleration capabilities to the airMAX scheduler, to support the high data rates and dense modulation used in airMAX ac technology.

Directional UniFi Antenna

The UniFi antenna, model UMA-D, is an optional antenna designed to work with the UniFi AC Mesh AP, model UAP-AC-M. With dual-band support, the UMA-D expands range coverage and provides customised pattern shaping.

The UMA-D offers a high efficiency directional radiation pattern with dual polarity which has been optimised for 802.11ac.

The enclosure is encased in a weather resistant UV-stabilized plastic, so it can be used indoors or outdoors.

The versatile mount has a ball joint designed for precise aiming which can be mounted on a pole or wall.

In a world's first, Online training (developed in Australia) is now available for the Ubiquiti products shown.

You benefit  in a number of ways:

  • Cheaper - than attending a formal 2-day course in a classroom environment.
  • Faster - no need to wait until the next classroom course is scheduled nearby.
  • More convenient - the self-paced courses can be scheduled around other demanding work.
  • More practical - the Ubiquiti classroom courses are great for students needing to delve deep into theory such as Radio Waves, Antenna design, TDMA protocols, Link-Budgets, UniFi-WiFi site surveys, etc. But in many cases, students just want to know how to setup some very common scenarios. These Installer courses are targeted with less theory and more practice.

The way each course works is ... each student:

  • signs up and receives by email a set of detailed course notes. These can be kept as a reference document for use later on-the-job.
  • is allocated real test hardware for 7 days. This is hardware the student gets to configure (over the Internet).
  • passes an online quiz for each module. When all module quizzes have been passed, the student gets emailed a Certificate of Completion.
