The BulletM2 operates in the 2.4 GHz band, and can do Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to Multi-Point (PtMP ) links.
We have confirmed that the airMAX feature on the BulletM2 can be turned off. The radio can be used with other airMAX products in the same band, or can also broadcast 2.4GHz WiFi to be used as a booster or access point.
